THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE

The Organizing Committee for the Caribbean Games - Guadeloupe 2022 is the organization in charge of delivering the Games.
 

NOC Guadeloupe, representative of the sports movement on the island, became a member of CANOC in 2010 and positioned itself to host an edition of the Caribbean Games in 2014. After consultation with the president of the Regional Council's Sports Commission, Dominique Théophile, the CROS Guadeloupe's candidacy was validated for the year 2021. During the General Assembly of CANOC in Le Gosier in 2016, Mr Dominique Théophile, president of the sport commission officially announced the support of the Regional Council of Guadeloupe.

The Organizing Committee was founded on October 5, 2019. Chaired by the current president of CROS Guadeloupe, the organizing committee is made up of members from the state, local communities and sports leagues.
 

The 1st Caribbean Games will be held from June 29 to Sunday July 3, 2022.
 

In order to guarantee the success of Guadeloupe 2022, the Organizing Committee prepares and administers the Games by mobilizing all of Guadeloupe as well as numerous organizations such as the NOC Guadeloupe (CROS Guadeloupe), institutional partners, or even organizations of the economic world.
