The Caribbean Association of National Olympic Committees [hereinafter referred to as "CANOC"] is a regional organization comprising National Olympic Committees, Commonwealth Games Associations and governing bodies of national sports organizations (excluding government entities or policies).

It was created on July 31, 2003 and its main objectives are the celebration and conduct of the Caribbean Games and the promotion, development and protection of sport as well as of the Olympic Movement in the Caribbean through its member organizations.

CROS Guadeloupe became a member of CANOC (Caribbean Association of National Olympic Committee) in 2010.
